Welch Healthcare & Retirement Group is celebrating more than 60 years of quality care and service to older adults throughout Massachusetts. We collaborate with professionals who work closely with seniors to ensure that their immediate and long-term needs can be met in a timely fashion. Our goal is to provide professionals and the families they work with the information they need to make an informed decision about assisted living or other housing or care options.
We facilitate decision-making in many ways, including:
- Arranging for comprehensive assessments in a timely manner, either at home or onsite (hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes)
- Facilitating a smooth move-in transition, which may include the services of a move-in coordinator or assistance locating a realtor
- Coordinating all care needs (physicians, specialists, medications, pharmacists),
and arranging for services onsite through a VNA or Hospice Program - Presenting and participating in educational seminars designed to better inform
consumers or professionals about senior housing and healthcare options - Scheduling luncheon tours and events for professionals and whenever possible, their organizational membership, to gain firsthand experience about the Allerton House assisted living option or our rehabilitation & nursing centers.
