Pats Pride Aplenty

Assisted living residents at Allerton House at Central Park in Weymouth viewed the Super Bowl as another opportunity to enjoy the companionship of fellow residents, dip into delicious Game Day food and support the New England Patriots. The community served spinach puffs, beef turnovers and pigs-in-a blanket, along with pretzels, chips, French onion dip and an Allerton House favorite – ginger ale and cranberry juice.

During commercial breaks the residents engaged in a Game of Football Trivia with Resident Services Director Amanda Annis. Residents gathered in the Media Room to cheer on the hometown team, watching the game on a wide-screen High-Definition television. Spirits weren’t dampened by the loss, because there is always next year!
