Located in Weymouth, Massachusetts, Colonial Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a 174-bed skilled nursing facility offering subacute, short-term, long-term care and a specialized Memory Care Program for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or a related memory disorder. This nursing home is the first Welch Healthcare rehabilitation & nursing center to provide sub-acute care.
