Bay Path Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Duxbury is a 120-bed skilled center offering short-term and long-term care. Nestled among the pines in the seaside community of Duxbury, Bay Path has served as this area’s premier nursing center for 25 years.

Bay Path specializes in cases that are medically complex. The center is accredited by The Joint Commission and is Medicaid/Medicare Certified.
