Specialized Alzheimer’s Program to assist individuals and families coping with an Alzheimer’s diagnosis:

Nursing Services

Upon discharge from a hospital or rehabilitation center many seniors may need the skills of a registered nurse.

Our registered nurses offer:

• Private-duty care in the hospital, skilled nursing home or at home
• Medication management, assistance with insulin, eye drops and weekly prefills
• Incontinence management
• Preparation for diagnostic x-rays or other procedures
