IT Support Assistant
Welch Healthcare & Retirement Group is looking for a Full-Time IT Support Technician with strong computer, networking and communications skills and the desire to learn and grow as a Welch Healthcare & Retirement Group employee. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, maintaining workstations, network infrastructure devices and network systems. Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets from clients both local and remotely. Monitor and report on systems to ensure network and system uptime through preventative actions. Assist with projects when applicable.
Skills / Requirements
*Technical Experience/Skills Required
* Experience providing desktop support to non-technical users of Microsoft Office and other business applications.
* Demonstrated experience supporting routing, switches, wireless, LAN, WAN & VPN
* Experience working with Windows XP/7
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to represent Welch Healthcare & Retirement Group in a professional manner.
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
* Strong troubleshooting and task management skills.
* IT or Desktop certifications a plus.
