RN Resident Care Coordinator 32 hours
Upscale Assisted Living community in Weston has a newly created position for an RN Resident Care Coordinator.

In this position you will oversee private care services, conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, conduct introductory / supervisory visits with home health aides, and serve as a liaison to families and community health care providers. Must be a “Can Do” team player; able to generate excitement and enthusiasm around new service offerings. You must have a current RN license in Mass and recent experience in Assisted Living or home care. We offer highly competitive wages, flexible hours and incentives for the right candidate.
