At the Colonial, you'll discover a well thought out and carefully

Rehabilitation and Nursing.
The Colonial team of dedicated professionals wants you to feel safe and
secure while you're getting well. So no matter what you or your loved one's nursing or
rehabilitation requirements are, you'll receive the services you need and the compassion
and understanding you deserve.
Sub-Acute and Transitional Care.
Our 21-bed SubAcute Center is designed to provide high level medical,
rehabilitative, and skilled nursing care for those who do not need the acute care
traditionally provided in a hospital setting. Our goal is to help you return to the most
independent living environment as quickly as possible.
Rehabilitation Services.
Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation department specializes in
individualized treatment programs. We strive to assist you in reaching your recovery goals
successfully in a support five, nurturing environment.
Specialized Alzheimer's Program.
We've developed a comprehensive program with specially trained staff to
help individuals and their families deal with the effects of this devastating disease. We
understand your special fears and concerns. Our programs reflect that understanding.
Adult Day Health Center.
This very special comprehensive program provides health services,
social activities and meals in a supervised setting for seniors who are able to live at
home with our support. As with all of our specialized programs, it's designed to provide
each participant with a sense of personal security and well-being.
Services and Amenities.
The Colonial offers many amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible—a
library, a pub, an arts & crafts center and a hair salon, as well as a courtyard
garden, private sitting and living rooms and areas for recreation. A varied selection of
meals, including specially prepared items for specific dietary needs, can be served in
your room or in our gracious dining room. |
