Residents at Allerton House at Harbor Park enjoy three delicious, nutritious and tastefully prepared meals every day. Menus are reviewed and approved by a registered dietitian, with the meal planning and presentation supervised by our executive chef. Menu items are varied to suit a variety of needs and tastes, and residents may request smaller portions if they wish. See Sample Menus below.

Small portions are available. All foods are prepared with low-salt and low-fat bases. We also offer sugar-free choices. In addition, there are many substitutions for each meal offered. Smaller portions are always available.
