Allerton House at The Village at Duxbury serves three delicious, healthy and nutritious meals a day. Our executive chef takes great care in the planning and presentation of all meals. All menus are reviewed and approved by a registered dietitian. See Sample Menus below.

Allerton House menus have been designed with your nutrition in mind. We have low fat, low salt and sugar free items available at all meals. Please ask your server for an item that you do not see listed and we will provide it for you whenever possible.

Breakfast and Lunch

  • No fat, no cholesterol eggs, or egg whites
  • Low fat milk, skim milk, lactaid
  • Sugar free muffins

Dinner Service

  • Chefs do not use added salt in the menu preparations
  • Daily fish entrees are provided as a low fat alternative
  • Broiled chicken is also available upon request as a low fat alternative
