Adult
Day Health Centers
Admission to the
program requires a completed application, personal
interview and current physical examination. A
minimum of two days a week attendance is required
although more is encouraged after the initial
adjustment period. If accepted, physician's orders
are renewed quarterly.
Our daily rate
includes a continental breakfast, a hot attractively
served luncheon, nutritious afternoon refreshments,
health monitoring by a registered nurse, counseling
and most activities. Transportation charges vary
upon distance from the Center. We are certified to
accept Mass. Health. The Center is open from 9:00
A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
Programming hours are from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Longer hours can be arranged on an individual basis.
